Our Offerings

We are licensed, insured, certified, and skilled in a variety of bodywork techniques such as Deep Tissue, Swedish (relaxation) Massage, Oncology Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone, and Thai Herbal Ball massage. We provide services at our office in Greensboro, as well as outcalls in the Triad area making massage therapy accessible to clients who find it inconvenient to travel. We bring the healing to you!

We use hypoallergenic, odorless massage oils and lotions, and therapeutic quality essential oils sourced locally from Botanically Rooted.  Please let us know of any allergies to specific scents or skin products!

Our professional team

DORA CARDONA

LMBT 16602 is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist in North Carolina. She was born and raised in Colombia and has lived in the US for over 20 years. She completed her massage studies at the Florida College of Natural Health in February of 2011 and has worked at Massage Envy (Florida), and currently at Hand & Stone in Greensboro. She specializes in Trigger Point, Oncology, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Swedish Massage therapies. Through her expert touch she has helped her many clients overcome pain and improve their lives all around.

Dora is also a professional singer and holds a MM in Vocal Performance from UNCG. She works at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church as cantor, section leader, and Hosanna Chorale director.

CHARLES STERGAR

LMBT 16603 is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist who graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health in October, 2010. His specialties include Oncology, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Sports Massage therapies. In his 10 years of continuous practice, Charles has helped improve the lives of hundreds of clients from all walks of life, including elite athletes. In Florida he worked at Massage Envy, and currently at Hand & Stone (High Point), the leading massage corporations in the US.
